[Processing Example] Jigs for Processing Home Appliances

We will introduce a case study on the production of jigs for machining the frames of PCs for mass production.

The customer requested jigs for home appliances for mass production, and asked for the production and assembly based on the drawings, with the intention of delivering the finished product. Therefore, we manufactured using a lathe, machining center, grinding machine, jig borer, and three-dimensional measuring machine. The completed jig has a production capacity of 10 units on a made-to-order basis.
